A company focused on enhancing human health and playing a crucial role in advancing healthcare is in search of an experienced Programme Lead to join their team on a fixed-term basis, lasting up to 12 months.

You will be tasked with speeding up innovative solutions for the NHS, pinpointing industry gaps and needs, implementing solutions, and taking charge of leading and expanding a small group of Project Support.

You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and will be accountable for creating delivery plans, applying project methodology principles, and contributing to an AI program aimed at promoting the ethical use of AI in the healthcare sector in Wales. You should be comfortable engaging with senior individuals, regularly conducting progress reviews, overseeing team performance, and managing project risks.

Key Skills we are looking for in this role:

  • Proven track record in project management
  • Experience at a senior level, with the ability to manage people
  • Thorough understanding of the healthcare sector/NHS/social care provider collaboration, and an awareness of the challenges in implementing innovation within these areas
  • Development of strategies in a complex multi-stakeholder setting
  • An innovative mindset that encourages and values fresh ideas, coupled with effective and persuasive communication abilities

This Full-time position necessitates visiting the Cardiff location 2 days a week (working from home for the remaining 3 days)
