As a Lead Programmer, you will be responsible for designing and developing key game systems, providing mentorship and support to junior programmers, and staying up-to-date with the latest technology and development practices.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in game development, excellent coding skills, and the ability to effectively communicate technical expertise to the team.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop key game systems

  • Bring technical expertise and experience to game development challenges
  • Profile and optimize game systems
Requirements
  • 3+ years of commercial game development experience
  • Strong understanding of engine architecture and development lifecycle
  • Proven AI knowledge
  • Design and content team collaboration experience
  • Advanced C++ programming skills
  • Extensive Unreal experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Logical thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent math skills
