Join Our Team as a Programme Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Programme Lead to join our team at Power2, a fast-growing and energetic children and young people's charity. As a Programme Lead, you will play a vital role in delivering our programmes to support young people with mental wellbeing challenges and disengagement from school.

About the Role

  • Deliver our accredited Teens and Toddlers programme to young people in secondary schools.
  • Work collaboratively with young people, their families, and school staff to ensure at-risk pupils make the most of their education and improve their life chances.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, operating as a mentor to empower them to develop self-esteem, become resilient, and engage with school and their future.
  • Work autonomously and with authority, taking responsibility for your work and being accountable for the outcomes.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £27,000 with extended holidays.
  • A permanent, term-time-only contract with the option for full or part-time work.

Requirements

  • A strong background in education, youth work, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, families, and school staff.
  • Experience of working with young people with mental wellbeing challenges and disengagement from school.
  • A DBS check (child workforce) and two professional references.
