About the role

  • You'll be writing highquality, persuasive bids tailored to the customers' needs.
  • You'll be working with the Bid Manager and Sales lead to review tender documentation and conduct research to identify key objectives of the prospective client and ensure these are addressed in the tender.
  • You'll collect information on reasons for win/loss, including customer interviews, to create meaningful Win/Loss Analysis. Communicate to key stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in bid writing, proposal development, or a related role

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical abilities

  • Ability to write fluently in German is desirable, but not essential
