Sales and Retentions Advisor - Location Droitwich/hybrid working

£23k to £25k + great benefits

What are we looking for?
Moving into 2023 we have some exciting plans for growth and development within Airband.

To stay ahead of the game our Sales and Retention team are a vital part of the business and paramount to our customer journey and experience.

If you are a great negotiator and have the skills and resilience to guide, advise and deliver a first class service we would be keen to hear from you.

If you are familiar with Salesforce CRM this would be advantageous but not essential.

What are we looking for in our Sales and Retention Advisor

  • Salesforce CRM or experience with a Client Management System
  • Exceptional communication and resilience with a broad range of individuals
  • Undertake a variety of sales administrative tasks as requested by your line manager
  • Previous work within an office sales environment preferable. Good use of Excel
  • Ensure high volume of business and residential customer queries regarding retentions and renewals are turned around within our SLA in a timely and professional manner to facilitate maximum customer retention for the business, including renewal and upgrade offers.
  • Assist in resolving any complaints within the company SLA and in a timely and professional manner,
  • Create strong links internally with colleagues in other departments to ensure customers' expectations are met.
