Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitoring all CCTV, safety systems and access systems.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Exceptionally customer focused and able to deliver excellence service levels.
- Monitor and respond to incidents on site appropriately.
- Maintaining various records of communications and events
- Accurate asset control of all equipment such as radios or keys ensuring they are signed out and returned by Security or other parties.
- Informing the relevant Management / Supervisor of any missing, damaged, or inoperative equipment or communications, alarm, CCTV, or other systems.
- Selfmotivated and able to work under little to no direct supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong decisionmaking ability during both crisis and noncrisis situations
- Able to work with highly confidential information
- Must be able to speak clearly, give direction, and provide guidance to employees and security staff during emergencies
- Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve site objectives.
Demonstrate and assist with effective shift handover
- In addition to the above duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other tasks as assigned by their Manager.
- Have excellent communication and IT skills
- Proactive in keeping up to date records and following instructions
- Ability to multitask on an hourly basis
- Aware and due diligent in GDPR practices
- Delivering the highest levels of customer service, consistently demonstrating the core values of First Response Group.
While sector are desirable, full training will be provided.

Requirements:
- Must have a valid SIA CCTV Licence.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Fully comprehensive 5year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS785
- Must have demonstrable experience working in a similar role in highprofile / highfootfall environments.
- Have a high level of selfpresentation.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- High levels of written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus.
