Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitoring all CCTV, safety systems and access systems.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Exceptionally customer focused and able to deliver excellence service levels.
  • Monitor and respond to incidents on site appropriately.
  • Maintaining various records of communications and events
  • Accurate asset control of all equipment such as radios or keys ensuring they are signed out and returned by Security or other parties.
  • Informing the relevant Management / Supervisor of any missing, damaged, or inoperative equipment or communications, alarm, CCTV, or other systems.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work under little to no direct supervision
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong decisionmaking ability during both crisis and noncrisis situations
  • Able to work with highly confidential information
  • Must be able to speak clearly, give direction, and provide guidance to employees and security staff during emergencies
  • Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve site objectives.
Proactively follow up and track all inbound and outbound communication.
Demonstrate and assist with effective shift handover

  • In addition to the above duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other tasks as assigned by their Manager.
  • Have excellent communication and IT skills
  • Proactive in keeping up to date records and following instructions
  • Ability to multitask on an hourly basis
  • Aware and due diligent in GDPR practices
  • Delivering the highest levels of customer service, consistently demonstrating the core values of First Response Group.

While sector are desirable, full training will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid SIA CCTV Licence.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Fully comprehensive 5year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS785
  • Must have demonstrable experience working in a similar role in highprofile / highfootfall environments.
  • Have a high level of selfpresentation.
  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • High levels of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
