About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a CCTV Control Room & Fire Computer Controller. This is a full-time role working day and night shifts on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain CCTV systems and fire safety equipment
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies
  • Liaise with site management and emergency services
  • Conduct regular checks and maintenance of equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a CCTV control room or fire safety role
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems
