Job Title: CCTV Controller/Security Officer

We are seeking an experienced Security Officer/Control Room Operative to join our team at Axiom Personnel Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working in a public-facing role, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe and secure environment for visitors and staff.
  • Overseeing the operations of the building, including internal and external walking patrols, and directing vehicles to loading bays.
  • Utilizing CCTV systems to monitor and respond to incidents, and maintaining accurate records of events.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, and contributing to the development of security procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
  • SIA Door Supervisor Licence and CCTV Licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience dealing with difficult situations, and a proven track record of resolving conflicts and incidents.
  • Good control room experience, with a strong understanding of CCTV systems and security protocols.
  • Experience of working in a high-profile or tourist-type venue, with a strong understanding of the needs and expectations of visitors.
