Main Responsibilities:
- Client risk assessments, care planning, and reviews.
- Maintain accurate records and care plans following GDPR.
- Assess care worker performances.
- Ensure continuous and suitable care for each service user.
- Support and supervise new care workers.
- Communicate with placement teams and professionals.
- Perform spot check visits and service user reviews.
- Cover short notice care absences.
- Report feedback to the Branch Manager.
- Maintain quality and compliance KPIs.
- Provide on-call support as per the rota.
