Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Individual Needs Assessments for new and potential customers.
  • Carry out risk assessments and update them as required.
  • Ensure all customer visits are covered.
  • Be on-call in case of emergency.
  • Liaise closely with Care Coordinators regarding recruitment and allocation of Care & Support Workers.
  • Identify suitable Care & Support Workers to cover absences.
  • Allocate alternative Care & Support Workers when necessary.
  • Facilitate the practical induction of new Care & Support Workers.
  • Provide and facilitate in-field training as needed.
  • Monitor, supervise, and mentor all Care & Support Workers in the field.
  • Provide support to all Care & Support Workers in the field.
  • Monitor customers for service and Care & Support Worker satisfaction.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation held in customer's homes.
  • Encourage and identify opportunities for Care & Support Workers continuing professional development.
  • Ensure all written reports and administration are up to date.
  • Maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Field Care Supervisor.
  • Driver compulsory.
  • Willingness to work two weekends per month, including Saturday and Sunday.

Candidates must be self-motivated, well-organized, and reliable, with a caring and sensitive approach. Good communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will be employed as a Field Care Supervisor for Caremark Ltd and will work closely with the Care Manager.
