Role Details:
- Enhanced DBS
- Must have experience working within Community Reablement or Inpatient Rehabilitation
- Working knowledge of RIO with smartcard desirable.
- Experience working within inpatient rehabilitation or Community Reablement, with good knowledge of discharge planning.
- Must be able to communicate to high standard both written and verbal.

- Willingness to provide some support to more junior staff in the absence of the team lead.
