About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Physiotherapy team at Berkshire Independent Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with Orthopaedic and MSK patients, with a strong background in inpatient care, particularly in elective Orthopaedics and general surgery.

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of physiotherapists, and contributing to the development of our Physiotherapy Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of physiotherapists in providing patient care and treatment plans
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with Orthopaedic and MSK conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior physiotherapists
