About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy team at Berkshire Independent Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of patients with musculoskeletal disorders and orthopaedic conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Physiotherapy department policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior Physiotherapists

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Physiotherapy, with a focus on Orthopaedic and MSK patients
  • Inpatient experience in elective Orthopaedics, Gynaecological and general surgery
  • Knowledge of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice
  • Acupuncture and Pilates experience desirable but not essential
  • HCPC Registration
