About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy team at Berkshire Independent Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of Orthopaedic and MSK patients, providing expert care and rehabilitation.
  • Lead and mentor junior physiotherapists, promoting best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Physiotherapy department policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Orthopaedic and MSK physiotherapy, with a strong background in inpatient rehabilitation.
  • HCPC registration and relevant qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and ability to apply them in clinical practice.
