About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy team in our Reading Fitness & Wellbeing Club.

As a Senior MSK Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering excellent clinical care to a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from sports to workplace-related injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patient needs.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of treatment standards and compliance with professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
Requirements
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Evidence of further professional training and continual professional development.
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent manual therapy skills.
  • Competent and confident IT user with strong organisation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and deal with a varied workload in an effective and timely manner.
