The Conference Producer will:

  • Contribute ideas and highlight new opportunities to the team
  • With support take responsibility and ownership for the events from concept through to delivery
  • Produce exciting new conferences and events
  • Attend events in the UK and Overseas

The Role

  • Indepth market research and analysis to inform the development of commercially viable conference and webinar programmes
  • Conference programme development, management and delivery
  • Speaker acquisition and management
  • Copywriting of marketing and promotional materials where required
  • Close working with sales, marketing and operations functions to ensure maximum commercial performance of the events
  • Relationship development with key stakeholders including leading individuals, organisations and associations

Your background

  • Experience as a commercial Conference Producer or similar research related role
  • Demonstrable experience in research
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident and articulate, with a good eye for detail
  • Ambitious with a keen desire to learn and progress
  • At ease working with high profile individuals
