"The individual will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to expand our service delivery model while ensuring service delivery excellence to all business partners.
He or she must be flexible to accommodate business requirements that span multiple time zones and may require travel, having international experience working with diverse groups and cultures will be an added advantage.
Negotiating pricing and contract terms and conditions.Optimizing execution of the supply chain balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.
Managing supplier/subcontractor performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.
Mitigating risks, issues and opportunities. Communicating performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
Managing Boeing Drawings and Engineering data in order aid suppliers for manufacture.
The successful candidate will need to be adaptable and a creative problem solver with the ability to liaise and work alongside a number of functional subject areas to help develop and form the strategic supply chain approach to support the programme.
