Your new company

Hays are pleased to be working with a globally recognised and nationally growing CA Firm to support in the continued growth of their Transaction Services business within the Corporate Finance team.

This opportunity is a full time, permanent role to be basedin Edinburgh for a qualified Accountant who is looking to take their next career step into an Associate Director role.


Your new role

In your new role, you will be positively supporting with the growth and development of the Transaction Services business as part of the wider Corporate Finance team.

You will be working closely with the other Assistant Directors, Directors and Partners to ensurethe continued support and development of the wider team is managed to a high standard.

You will lead from the front on existing and new service stream practices as well as building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this process, you will have a good understanding and practical experience in managing a corporate finance department.

You will demonstrate strong knowledge in the field of financial due diligence for buyers and vendors whilst being ableto confidently communicate your understanding of the sector.

You will be ACA or ACCA qualified with a background in people management, having previously worked in an accountancy firm.
