About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director Inclusion to join our team at oilandgas. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping our projects and contributing to our mission of delivering world-class engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct teams in the development of technical designs, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and codes.
  • Manage projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and budget management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance standards in design.
Requirements
  • Chartered Chemical/Process Engineer (preferably IChemE or CIWEM).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering considerations and their impact on project and operational risks.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams on programs of work and/or major capital projects.
  • Design and/or operational experience of main process unit operations.
