As we approach the busy season for holiday bookings, we're looking to increase our team & are looking for driven sales professionals with big personalities to join our sales team.


You will be working on the booking line, providing customers with their dream holidays, working within a vibrant team you will be provided with full product training and first-class ongoing coaching and development.

As reward for your hard work, skills and expertise we offer uncapped sales commissions so when it comes to your earning potential the sky really is the limit

We will also be introducing home working options for advisors that meet sales and adherence/productivity targets.

The role:

  • Making calls to customers to discuss their travel plans and sell the perfect holiday package to suit their wants and needs.
  • Consistently demonstrate a strong focus and drive to achieve targets within agreed deadlines
  • Work as part of the sales team as well as working independently to handle and manage workloads
  • Demonstrate up to date product and brand knowledge while having in depth knowledge relating to our portfolio of destinations and supplier products
  • Achieve and exceed company, team and individual objectives relating to sales targets
  • This role requires a minimum requirement of 2 years experience in a call centre/customer service environment
