We're currently looking for a confident and approachable Customer Services Associate to join our EMEAI Customer Service team and offer a complete customer service solution to our existing and potential customers as well as offering support to the wider commercial team and internal stakeholders. Please note this role will require on-site working in Oxford at least 4 days/week.

The details…


The postholder will respond to customer enquiries through knowledge of ONT's online store, including account setup, quotes, products, and order functionality. A key part of this role will be supporting a range of internal teams and liaising with the wider commercial teams to resolve queries in a timely manner.
Duties include:
- Answering customers questions on business processes and products
- Scheduling and amending of orders on internal systems.
- Liaising with customers via telephone / instant chat and email as part of their journey from account creation, order placement and receipt of goods.
- Supporting internal teams including Technical Support, Sales, Logistics, Finance, Digital and Business Operations.
- Ensuring KPI's on the customer service experience and customer satisfaction are met.
- Any other duties as might be required within the remit and responsibilities of the post.

What we're looking for…
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C/Grade 4, with A-levels of an NVQ being desirable.
- Proficiency in Italian would be highly desirable.
- Experience working in customer-facing roles or within a sales environment.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office & Email, with experience with a CRM/ERP system being a plus.
- The ability to handle a variety of requests, as well as prioritise tasks.
- Confidence when speaking to customers on the phone.
- Experience with report creation and analysis would be desirable.
