Whatyou'll do

As anInfrastructure Analyst, you’ll be providing input to and supportingthe team’s activities to make sure that the platform integrity ismaintained in line with technical roadmaps, while supporting changedemands from domains or centres of excellence. You’ll be supportingthe delivery of a robust production management service for relevantinfrastructure platforms.

Inaddition, you’ll be contributing to the delivery of customeroutcomes, innovation and early learning by contributing to testproducts and services to identify early on if they are viable anddeliver the desiredoutcomes.

Your role willinvolve:

  • Contributingto the platform risk culture, making sure that risks are discussedand understood at every step, and effectively collaborating tomitigate risk
  • Contributing to the planning andexecution of work within the platform and the timely servicing offeature development requests from cross platform initiatives, andsupporting the delivery of regulatoryreporting
  • Participating and seeking outopportunities to simplify the platform infrastructure,architecture, services and customer solutions, guarding againstintroducing new complexity
  • Supporting withplanning and implementing the IT hardware asset life cyclestrategy, advising purchasing, finance and platform teams instrategies for managing IT hardwareassets
  • Regularly reviewing the hardware assetsto ensure accuracy and data quality
  • Buildingrelationships with platform, domain and relevant cross-domainstakeholders
  • Making sure that controls areapplied and constantly reviewed, primarily against SOX, to ensurefull compliance to all our policies and regulatoryobligations

Theskills you'll need

To succeedin this role, you’ll need to be a very capable communicator withthe ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly tocolleagues, including management level. You’ll need a solidbackground working in an Agile or DevOps environment withcontinuous delivery and continuous integration, along with theability to analyse complex data using Microsoft Excel.  Alongwith this, you’ll have ITIL foundation as aminimum.

We’ll also look toyou todemonstrate:

  • Proventrack record within a hardware asset managementteam
  • Experience with tools such as theServiceNow platform
  • Knowledge of HAM or HAMPROin ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of relevant industrystandard toolsets and processes to drive up customer service withinan IT environment
  • Experience of drivingsolutions from inception to implementation
  • Goodcollaboration and stakeholder managementskills
