  • Location: Hybrid - Minimum of three days a week in our Nottingham office.
  • Salary: £25,000
  • Permanent 35 hours per week x 52 weeks per year.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event participants, offering motivation, fundraising advice, and ensuring they meet targets while having a positive experience with the charity.
  • Serve as the primary contact for event fundraisers, handling enquiries through phone, email, and post.
  • Assist the Events Manager with securing sponsorships for events, sourcing raffle and auction prizes, and coordinating event marketing via newsletters and social media.
  • Maintain and update the fundraising database, ensuring timely bank analysis, accurate donation records, and appropriate donor acknowledgments.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop ideas and ensure fundraisers are directed to appropriate local when needed.

  • Be able to build relationships to engage and support fundraisers, volunteers, and supporters.
  • Be experience in planning events or handling fundraising logistics will help increase participation and success.
  • Be responsible for multiple projects working independently or collaboratively with team members across departments
