What you'll bring to the team

What will I do?

  • Effectively run the Hotel Operation as the department duty manager for your shift
  • Deal with the guest feedback on the day and via other guest communication channels
  • Support the Hotel Operations Assistant Manager in People Managing the hotel front of house team by having a number of direct reports
  • Ensure all training for direct reports is kept up to date

If required, you will be expected to conduct Hotel evacuations in accordance with Fire & Safety regulations; as well as Hotel walk rounds and fire extinguisher checks during each shift. Full training will be provided, covering our Hotel and Company policies and procedures.

Location: Thorpe Park Resort, KT16 8PN

Pay: £11.72 per hour

Qualifications & Experience

An ideal candidate would be:

  • Friendly and approachable
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Enthusiastic about creating memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Integrity with handling guests property
  • Previous People Management experience
