The Wonderfield Group has recentlybeen purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service companyin Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become theworlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicatehunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants,factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built asuccessful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with thethree businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle andSushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excessof $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory.
What you’ll need:
1. Previous experience insushi making, knife skills, food quality, and food safety.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coachingskills.
3. Flexibility to travel across the UK,adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
The Franchisee Coach is pivotal in ensuring the qualityand safety of food products across our franchised kiosks. This roleprovides proactive and requested support to Franchisees, with afocus on enhancing their sushi-making capabilities and otherproduct-related activities. The Franchisee Coach works closely withthe Operations Team, deploying to sites where food quality orsafety standards need improvement and assisting Franchisees inbuilding the necessary skills to operate successful fresh foodcounters.

KeyAccountabilities:
1. Conduct assessmentsof franchised kiosks to identify areas for improvement in foodquality and safety.
2. Provide on-site coaching andtraining to Franchisees and their teams on sushi preparation, knifeskills, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
3. Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of traininginterventions.
4. Offer feedback and recommendations tothe Head of Openings and Franchisee Support on the developmentneeds of Franchisees.
5. Gather workable feedback anddata from franchisees that will be used to enhance and updatetraining materials, ensuring they reflect best practices.
6. Maintain accurate records of training activities andoutcomes.
7. Collaborate with other Franchisee Coachesand the Operations Team to share best practices and insights.
8. Support the induction and orientation of new Franchiseesand their teams.
9. Stay updated on the latest trendsand innovations in sushi and Asian-inspired foods.
10.Uphold and promote the values and vision of our brand.

1. Improvement in food quality and food safety scores acrossfranchised kiosks.
2. Positive feedback fromFranchisees, their teams, and customers on the coaching andtraining provided.
3. Achievement of training objectivesand targets within budget and timeframe
