The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.Previous experience in sushi making, knife skills, food quality, and food safety.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Flexibility to travel across the UK, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.

The Franchisee Coach works closely with the Operations Team, deploying to sites where food quality or safety standards need improvement and assisting Franchisees in building the necessary skills to operate successful fresh food counters.
Travel to various locations across the UK and meet new people.
Share your passion and expertise in sushi and other Asian-inspired foods.
Make a positive impact on the performance and reputation of our brand.
Conduct assessments of franchised kiosks to identify areas for improvement in food quality and safety.
Provide on-site coaching and training to Franchisees and their teams on sushi preparation, knife skills, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of training interventions.
Gather workable feedback and data from franchisees that will be used to enhance and update training materials, ensuring they reflect best practices.
Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in sushi and Asian-inspired foods.
Uphold and promote the values and vision of our brand.
