We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Franchise Training Coach to join our team at Snowfox Group in the Central East area of England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our franchisees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver training programs for franchisees, including onboarding, operational, and sales training

* Identify and address any training gaps or areas for improvement

* Collaborate with the management team to ensure training programs align with the company's overall strategy

* Provide ongoing support and coaching to franchisees to ensure they are meeting their performance goals

Requirements:
