About the Role:
The Franchise Operations Improvement Coach will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our network of franchised kiosks. This includes conducting assessments, providing training and coaching, and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions. A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with Franchisees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Responsibilities:
  • Travel across the UK to conduct site visits and assess food quality and safety.
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs to meet the needs of individual Franchisees.
  • Analyze data and feedback from Franchisees to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to inform coaching and training.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Demonstrated expertise in sushi preparation, knife skills, and food safety.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: Estimated at £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
