Join us as aProduct Owner -Lending

  • Workclosely with your Product Manager and other mission teams in across-collaborative manner to ensure that the Lending product isdelivered on-time, within budget, and meets customerexpectations
  • Drive requirements gathering andproject engagement with internal and external stakeholders thatfeed into our Lending process
  • Work with ourtech colleagues to synthesise these requirements into Epics for therelevant developmentteam

What you'lldo

As a Product Owner, you’llbe joining an agile product team with a focus on developing ourBanking-as-a-Service Lending propositions, creating products andservices that our Banking-as-a-Service clients and their customerslove.

You’ll alsobe:

  • Managing theproduct backlog and prioritising features for your allocatedteam
  • Breaking Epics into detailed user storiesand feature specifications in JIRA for the team to pick up andbuild (story, acceptance criteria andscenarios)
  • Creating comprehensive collateraland documentation for both internal and externalconsumption
  • Focusing on testing, qualityassurance and governance before product isshipped

Theskills you'll need

To join usin this role, you’ll need to have previous experience of working ina Scrum or Agile team. You’ll need the ability to innovate, partnerand collaborate with customers and colleagues to implement the bestdigital experience for our customers. It would be great if you alsohave experience in traditional retail lending products such asPersonal Loans, Overdraft Credit Cards orMortgages.

You’ll also beexpected tohave:

  • Provenexperience as a product owner, product manager, or similar role ina Banking-as-a-Service or software developmentenvironment
  • Passion for customers and a problemsolving mentality, with proven ability to manage multipledependencies across several external and internalteams
  • Technical background with a fundamentalunderstanding of lending products
  • Experiencewith a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viableproducts
