Basedfrom our site in Gillinham,Dorset. 

As a Senior SiteManager, you will be a key leadership figure on-site, responsiblefor directing and managing your team and resources to deliverhigh-quality housing projects.

Your roleincludes coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring safe workingpractices, and maintaining clear communication with variousstakeholders, including design, commercial, sales teams, andcontractors.

You will be expected to deliverprojects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards ofquality. Additionally, you will manage external parties such asutility companies, local authorities, and regulatory bodies toensure successful project completion.

Yourresponsibilities also extend to the health, safety, and welfare ofall site personnel, and you will play a crucial role in customersatisfaction by addressing any defect items within a 28-dayperiod.

We are looking for anexperienced leader with a proven track record in site managementwithin the housing sector. You should have substantial experiencein leading large site teams and managing site managers, with astrong focus on quality and safety. You must hold a CSCS Manager'sBlack Card and possess a full, clean driving license. A minimum ofan HNC qualification, coupled with membership to anindustry-recognized board such as CIOB, is essential.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience leading site teams indelivering high-quality housing projects.
  • Experience managing larger teams and sitemanagers.
  • CSCS Manager's BlackCard.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Minimum HNC qualification with membership in anindustry-recognized board (e.g., CIOB).
