About the Role:
MCR Property Group, a leading independent real estate investment and development company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to join our team in a residential development role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site teams and advise on necessary staff resources to deliver projects.
- Take full responsibility for on-site Health and Safety, holding valid SMSTS and CSCS cards.
- Implement quality management, drawing issue control, and change control processes.
- Detailed sequencing and programming of works onsite to ensure safe and efficient delivery of projects.
- Provide on-site solutions as problems arise, liaising with Project Managers.
- Maintain stringent quality standards.
- Manage site teams to ensure compliance with HSE, Building Control, and other legislative bodies.
Requirements:
- CSCS (Black Card Preferable), SMSTS or SSSTS, and First Aid at work are essential.
- Scaffold Inspection, Lifting Operation, and Combined Spaces Awareness are desirable.
- Residential experience, including low/medium rise apartments, is essential (PLC experience is advantageous).
- A good level of qualifications and CPD to back up site experience will demonstrate commitment to the career path.
