We are looking for a Membership Support Advisor who will be the point of contact for our members answering member queries received via multiple channels.

You’ll be required to act as a role model for our Company ‘Visions and Values’, leading by example, showing genuine empathy and handling each query on a case-by-case basis.

Previous experience within customer care / contact centre environment is desirable. So whether you are looking to kick start your career with us for the first time or if you are now retired and looking to stay active in a driven environment.
