We are looking to appoint a dynamic and forward thinking Personal Assistant to the Associate Principal who will also provide HR support the Principal’s PA and Business Manager. The successful candidate will be week motivated and able to work independently, with attention to detailed work to provide personal support to the Associate Principal and Senior Leadership Team in their roles. He / she will be responsible for supporting the Associate Principal as required including a variety of administrative and communication tasks. He/She will ensure that the Associate Principal, CEO’s PA and Business Manager are fully supported in aspects of their work as outlined in the job description.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive person who can work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail as well as handling information in a highly confidential manner. 

The role of this appointment will be as per the attached job description/person specification.

 

Applicants are invited from individuals, particularly those who already have experience in HR administration duties as identified in the Job Description. This is an opportunity for an ambitions, committed and dynamic person who has relevant HR administrative experience and is able to implement and work with computer based systems/ SIMS, reports, personal assistance and follow procedures in a high performing context. This is a new revised role at the forefront of change and to make a real difference to our drive to continue to raise standards of education and support for students in the Academy.
