Role Purpose

Working in one of the Property Management Accounting operational teams. Onboarding and offboarding the financial data of client's assets into and out from CBRE's management.

Key Responsibilities

Own the financial onboarding of client's portfolios to ensure accurate setup Interrogate financial handover from previous managing agent Transaction processing onto accounting systemReview and understand service charge Finalising the cash reconciliationEnsure the offboarding financial control balances are cleared in line with sale agreementResponsibility for banking setup Point of contact for both internal and external stakeholdersOwnership of transition portfolio. Highlighting and escalating where requiredProcess payments to external parties as requiredProviding support and training to team membersAssist with project work where required Maintain and own documentation processes in line with compliance requirementsSupport any ad hoc requests

Skills Required

Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook) requiredExperience in using Property Management systems, would be advantageousGood communication skills, both verbal and written
