**THE ROLE**
The Accounts Payable Advisor is responsible for the timely processing and payment of invoices and dealing with supplier and business query resolution. This will include carrying out supplier statement reconciliations and providing supplier and business supportvia calls or the Accounts Payable self-service portal.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Full training will be provided on all responsibilities within the role.
- Responsible for investigating and managing invoice discrepancies through to resolution
- Liaise with suppliers to reconcile Statement of Accounts
- Process invoices and manual payment requests in a timely manner
- Responsible for executing tasks in accordance with Standing Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and internal controls.
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service for query resolution and telephone support
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures in according with company compliance
