Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Corby. Our client is a long established and successful small business with almost 30 years history.

Our client provides a service where they support residential homeowners with electricity equipment claims. Our client has a smart targeting system, where they approach only those homeowners that they know are affected and can benefit from their service - they don't want to spam just about anyone Our client doesn't cold call anybody.

The purpose of your role? You're at the very start. Think of yourself as the investigative detective that looks for and identifies the affected areas across the UK. You'll use their smart "mapping" system, which shows the UK map and the highlighted geographical areas that could be affected, it's your job to verify these by comparing against Google Maps. A word of warning, this is not just a data entry role. Learning and understanding the map is not for the faint hearted It will take some time to understand what you're looking at and what you need to do. Somebody that has studied Geography would be right at home

The main thing you need is excellent attention to detail and sustained focus (you'll be looking at these maps all day) and of course, great computer literacy skills. This role is all administration with zero telephone work.

If you don't get bored easily, you want to work in a small friendly team (that engage in office conversation, you're not going to sit in silence all day) and work in a concentrated and unique administration role, where you are looking for those pots of gold (target customers) - you may be the person we need

The core aspects of your role:

  • Visual analysis of mapping systems (as described above)
  • Completion of all data entry-related tasks to a competent level of accuracy in all areas of the operations process.
  • Ensuring completion of your case load within the agreed timeframe
  • Checking and rechecking your findings to validate the data you've found, this includes checking your work for accuracy and rectifying any errors before uploading to the system
