The Client:

Our client, a well-established accountancy firm, specialises in delivering tailored services to local business owners and individuals.

The Role:

As a Junior Practice Accountant, you will assist in various accounting tasks and support the overall accounting process.



Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Assist in preparing and submitting VAT returns.Support the preparation and filing of corporation tax returns.Help compile and review year-end accounts.Assist in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role.At least 1-2 years of experience in a UK accounting practice.Knowledge of UK accounting principles and tax regulations.ACCA part-qualified or currently working towards it.Familiarity with bookkeeping, VAT, corporation tax, and year-end accounts.Proficiency in accounting software such as Digita, Xero, and Sage.
