Key Duties &

Responsibilities:

Subcontractor ledger - invoice processing, CIS returns.Processing weekly BACS payments.Accounts payable.Accounts receivable.Cash Management.Bank Reconciliations.Dealing with general enquiries.Year-end processes and assisting Auditors.System maintenance and development.Assistance with costings.Other ad-hoc accounts and administrative tasks as required.
Skills, Attributes & Qualifications:
Ability to positively contribute within a small friendly finance team working in a demanding environment.A professional attitude with excellent organisational skills to prioritise own workload.A thorough, methodical, and logical approach demonstrating problem solving skills to complete tasks when required.Accurate data entry skills demonstrating a high level of diligence.Actively seek ways to enhance your knowledge and contribute and support the team looking for continuous process improvements.Have a positive can-do attitude.Previous experience in the construction industry and dealing with subcontractors would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

Full time working hours (08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday, Friday 08:00 - 16:00)
