We are looking for an Asset Project Surveyor to join our growing Strategic Asset Management team, helping with delivering investment and improvement works to our portfolio of homes.

The role will be responsible for the day-to-day contract and project management of our multi-million-pound annual delivery programme of retrofit works, which is designed to make sure our homes are compliant with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard.

This is a busy and dynamic role working with colleagues across the business, external stakeholders customers.

Full time, permanent

£44,100 per annum
