Salary: £46 to £54k plus 6% shift allowance
 
We’re looking for an experienced Nurse in Charge / Sister with drive and enthusiasm to deliver safe and effective care in a busy urgent care department supporting the triage, treatment and admission process and improving patient flow. As a Senior Staff Nurse in Urgent Care, you’ll manage and mentor the Senior Staff Nurses and also provide high quality nursing through triaging, assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating care for patients within the Urgent Care. The successful candidate will also promote a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care and the services offered within the Urgent Care Centre.

What you’ll bring:
Registered Nurse
Experience/Qualification in AAU, A&E or critical care environment 
Expert in triage experience in A&E (a must)
UKCC Registration and Validation requirements 
Phlebotomy/ cannulation training desirable 
Knowledge of relevant Hospital Policies and Procedures
