An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled Entry-Level Charge Nurse to join a prestigious dialysis facility. This clinic is recognized as one of the foremost healthcare providers in the UK.
The dialysis center prides itself on delivering top-tier care using cutting-edge technology and equipment.
**To qualify for this role, candidates must hold a Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC Pin**
As an Entry-Level Charge Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the operational management of the clinic
- Ensuring a smooth patient experience and a welcoming atmosphere for clients at every interaction
- Implementing innovative processes to enhance quality improvement initiatives throughout the clinic
- Effectively onboarding new staff members alongside the broader team
- Building positive relationships with patients and addressing any concerns that may arise
- Maintaining adherence to all relevant clinical, governance, and regulatory standards and policies
- Keeping accurate records and submitting reports in a timely manner
The following qualifications and experiences are preferred for this position:
- Prior clinical leadership experience in an outpatient dialysis environment
- Strong communication skills and a personable approach to engage effectively with a diverse team and patient population
- A leadership style that promotes a values-driven culture, maximizing the potential of all team members
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset in response to changing circumstances in a clinical setting
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle a variety of tasks associated with clinic operations
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development, particularly in Renal Care
The successful Entry-Level Charge Nurse will be offered a competitive salary ranging from £37,630 to £38,658 per annum, depending on experience. This role is a permanent, full-time position with day shifts from Monday to Saturday. In recognition of your dedication and hard work, you will enjoy a range of generous benefits:
