We're searching for experienced Registered General Nurses (RGNs) at Band 6 level or above to join us as Clinical Research Nurses on locum contracts in Falmouth. This immediate start adds to the appeal of this promising role.

You will spearhead the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care, ensuring the fulfilment of all clinical governance and compliance targets. Additionally, the position involves supernumerary tasks, staff attendance oversight, and direct reporting to the Chief Nurse. As the primary escalation point for operational issues, duties encompass health metric reviews and scheduling management. An online portal streamlines proactive diary management through availability uploads.

Requirements

  • NMC Registration
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with Band 6 or above qualification.
  • Phlebotomy competency is compulsory.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
