About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team as a Project Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects from pre-contract to final account, taking full client ownership and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
  • Take full client ownership, developing strong relationships and communicating effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within budget and scope

Requirements

  • Relevant degree and MRICS chartered status
