Architectural Technician

Pertemps TM is seeking an Architectural Technician to join their team. As an Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for producing drawing packages and managing projects on site. You will work closely with the building surveyors to contribute to design and concept. The role involves working on a variety of project sectors, including barn conversions, new houses, renovations, and office buildings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be up to date on UK's building regulations, and have experience in preparing detailed drawings in AutoCAD.
