My client are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join their team. The role involves managing accreditations, overseeing vehicle checks, creating project reports, and ensuring the training and security passes for engineers are up to date. This position requires a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Manage and update company accreditations, ensuring all documents are current and compliant.
  • Oversee the daily check sheets for vehicles and communicate any issues to the relevant parties.
  • Create detailed project reports using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Maintain and update the training matrix, booking engineers for training as necessary to keep qualifications current.
  • Keep engineers' security passes up to date and apply for new ones as required.
  • Utilise EMIR to attach job pictures to the corresponding job files.
  • Complete customer questionnaires with company details as and when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administration and document control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Familiarity with EMIR or similar software is advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance.
