Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our education recruitment team, including managing databases, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and candidates, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
- Assist with the coordination of recruitment events, including interviews and assessments.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including social media posts and email campaigns.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the team.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
