Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Team, providing essential support and assistance.

This role requires a candidate with a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount, as well as the ability to make timely decisions and meet multiple deadlines.

Duties:

  • Process tasks for quotations, tenders, variations, and consumables.
  • Format quotation and tender documentation for submission to customers.
  • Log all details and data accurately onto SharePoint and internal servers.
  • Facilitate the internal quotation approval process.
  • Update SharePoint statuses as required with input from the wider team.
  • Send final approved quotations to customers and follow up.
  • Handle calls and email correspondence throughout the day.
  • Manage filing documents and paperwork.
  • Log tender enquiries and download documents.
  • Book and manage travel requirements.
  • Update company documents as required.
