**Job Description**:
As an IFA Administrator, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, offering essential administrative support to our Independent Financial Advisers. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the seamless operation of our financial planning processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a successful and established IA firm known for its great culture and commitment to client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our team of Independent Financial Advisers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all documentation is completed and securely stored.
- Handle client queries and provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence at all times.
- Uphold the firm's culture of professionalism, integrity, and outstanding service.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or similar role within the financial services industry is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with the back office system Intelliflo Office (IO).
- Any industry relevant qualifications are desirable.
