They have developed state-of-the-art facilities on the Humber bank, providing products and services across key sectors including industrial, food, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical.

Key Duties:

  • Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical products and systems.

  • Utilise engineering software and equipment, including AutoCAD and Trimble ProDesign, for complex technical tasks.

  • Establish and enforce construction, manufacturing, and installation standards.

  • Perform feasibility studies for industrial and commercial technical developments.

  • Oversee maintenance, inspection, and system upgrade programmes.

  • Calculate project costs and delivery timelines.

  • Provide quality assurance for ongoing projects.

  • Collaborate with clients and other professionals.

  • Write reports and meet with clients and management.

Requirements:

  • Design experience in power/light distribution systems/installation design (not control panels or software).

  • Experience with Trimble ProDesign is desirable

  • HNC / HND in Electrical Engineering or willingness to work towards it.

  • IOSH certification.

  • Pragmatic, logical, and methodical approach.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Confident communicator across all levels.

  • Good technical understanding of electrical concepts and theories.

  • Personable, approachable, and flexible.

  • Willingness to travel and work away from home.

  • Driving licence essential.
