Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing company to recruit an Electrical Maintenance/ Project Engineer for their site in Grimsby.
Salary: up to £45,000 plus potential bonus
Hours: Days
Reporting to the Engineering Manager the Electrical Maintenance/ Project Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the site, assets and to maximise asset life and availability.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance/ Project Engineer include:
Carry out scheduled Preventative Maintenance routines inline with documented procedures to reduce potential for unplanned breakdowns of equipment
Carry out Corrective Maintenance on equipment if it fails, minimising the impact on production where possible
Have a pro-active approach to all works, planning and preparing for all preventative or corrective tasks
Carry out or support root cause analysis of unplanned outages / fault diagnosis on equipment and identify and implement actions to prevent a recurrence
Support development and updating of maintenance procedures and documentation
Ensure the relevant management systems are kept up to date, through accurate and timely input of data.
Ensure timely and accurate feedback to customers and line management on the status of all ongoing tasks
Support implementation and commissioning of plant improvement projects so that improvements are implemented and handed over in a safe manner.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
We would be keen to speak with a Electrical Maintenance/ Project Engineer with the following skills:
Degree qualified
NVQ Level 3 – Electrical
18th Edition Regulations.
Programming of PLCs (Siemens S7 series, Mitsubishi A, Q, Fx series)
Design of industrial machinery control systems
Installation, commissioning and maintenance of industrial machinery controls
